Two-factor authentication for Jira Service Management

The security of our customers and partners is paramount to us and to that end, from 31 July, we are gradually starting to enforce two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Jira Service Management logins.

After this date, all you need to do is to login to your account at https://service.de-cix.net and follow the setup. You can choose OTP via mobile app or email.
