With 170 square meters containing the latest in conferencing technology, the DE-CIX MeetingCenter in Frankfurt offers you everything you need to host a successful event. 

Whiz kids and creative minds alike, as well as high-tech and service-oriented companies, flock to the Frankfurt East End: Excellent public transportation, cultural ambience, and all-out gastronomy and shopping opportunities make for breathtaking diversity.

For many years now, the historical district has been a vibrant quarter. Offices have taken over former industrial buildings and the East End is becoming a hive of service-oriented business activity.

The MeetingCenter has two meeting rooms for up to 130 people in total.

The rooms can be booked either separately or together.

The rooms

  • With 82m², Sunrise is ideal for briefings, press conferences, board meetings, stand-up receptions, and as additional buffet space during lunch breaks.

    The room is equipped with 2 suspended Sennheiser ceiling microphones (directional microphones), which allows performing automatic switching from speaker (presenter framing) & audience (audience framing). The 2 PTZ cameras (1080p) have a 12x optical zoom and an 80 degree horizontal field of view (FoV).

    The sensitive Sennheiser ceiling array microphone is usually sufficient for high-quality hybrid events. However, lavalier or rod microphones can also be used on request.

    You can also create immersive experiences with our CatchBox microphone. Ensure both speaker and audience can be heard in the room and encourage participation in any setting. Inspire your attendees & create energetic discussions between speaker and audience.

    The system is compatible with leading collaboration platforms. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet.

    With our Barco ClickShare CX-50, you can connect any device to the meeting room technology. The use of Airplay, Google Cast or Miracast is no problem.

    The sound output is provided by a BOSE sound system integrated in the ceiling.

  • With 76m², Sunset can host training events with a chair circle and interactive workshops, as well as talks and presentations.

    The room is equipped with 1 suspended Sennheiser ceiling microphones (directional microphones), which allows performing automatic switching from speaker (presenter framing) & audience (audience framing). The 2 PTZ cameras (1080p) have a 12x optical zoom and an 80 degree horizontal field of view (FoV).

    For coffee breaks we offer Wacker coffee from our WMF coffee machines available in both rooms.

  • The wall between the two rooms can be opened up to a total area of 158m².

    The system of both rooms can be converted into a unique experience with a multi-room setup.

    The special setup is only available on special request and needs to be supported from local technicians.

Technical equipment

  • The MeetingCenter provides free WiFi for up to 250 devices. Hardly anywhere will you find faster Internet connectivity. We're right at the source and provide you with a 1 Gigabit WiFi network.

  • The Full HD monitor in the reception area can be used to greet guests with your logo or corporate presentation. Large roll-up projection screens (3m x 2.5m) and Full HD projectors in each room guarantee a crystal-clear display of your presentation.

  • A Bose sound system, combined with a radio microphone system equipped with two clip-on and one hand-held microphones, make for excellent sound quality. 

  • You are welcome to use the pinboards, flip charts, pens, paper and presentation accessories, as well as a fully-wired lectern with power, HDMI and VGA sockets.

  • All rooms have A/C and lots of daylight, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere even during prolonged get-togethers. For coffee breaks, we have a wide range of Nespresso coffee and espresso variants available in the rooms. Mobile LED spotlight floor lamps create the ambience to suit your event. 

General information

  • The MeetingCentre is located at Lindleystr. 12, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Click here for information on how to get there and information about parking. 

  • The DE-CIX MeetingCenter is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and access to the MeetingCenter premises will be granted 30 minutes prior to the scheduled beginning of the event. It will remain closed during all German public and regional holidays. Bookings for events outside the regular office hours are available on request.

  • Renowned local catering businesses offer highly customizable solutions for your event, from a wide range of lunch buffets, finger-food variations, canapes, fresh pastries, fruit and juice. We have compiled several all-inclusive catering arrangements for your convenience. We are open to suggestions and ideas from you, and special arrangements can be made to make your event memorable for you, your staff, and your customers alike.  Pricing information available on request.

     

  • Pricing information is available on request. DE-CIX customers can book the MeetingCenter for free once a quarter for one day (8 hours maximum during opening hours;  for all free bookings, a minimum of € 150 of catering is required).
