At the end of January an outage hit users of Microsoft products worldwide, including Teams and Outlook. In Germany alone, there were thousands of incident reports. For most companies, secure and stable use of the Microsoft 365 tools is essential, allowing smooth workflows and the delivery of time-critical tasks.
For a Cologne-based law firm, speed is one of the key factors. Thanks to a premium connection to the Microsoft network via the Microsoft Azure Peering Service (MAPS), the users at the law firm did not experience any impact from the outage and were able to provide services without any loss of productivity.
