We are excited to announce expansion to Mexico. Mexico will be our 45th global location and strengthens our presence in Latin America.
The new Internet Exchange will be located in Mexico City and Santiago de Querétaro, providing enhanced interconnection services to both local and international customers. Mexico City stands as the traditional data center location for the country, while Santiago de Querétaro is developing into a new data center hub, with extensive investments in new facilities.
Enhanced regional connectivity with global reach
With its state-of-the-art infrastructure, customers will benefit from faster, more reliable connectivity across the region. Additionally, DE-CIX Mexico will offer customers access to DE-CIX's global platform via Dallas, allowing access to over 2000 networks in 25 countries.
Initially, the platforms will be hosted at KIO data centers.
