We are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Lamda Hellix, establishing SEECIX – the South East Europe Cloud and Interconnection Exchange – powered by DE-CIX. SEECIX will be ready for service later this summer within the Lamda Hellix data center campus in Athens which is the region's largest and most significant digital gateway to and from Europe.
Serving South East Europe and the Balkans
Strategically located in Europe and on the crossroads of the Balkans, Africa, and the Middle East, Athens is quickly becoming a major hub for logistics, natural resources, travel, and communications. The new interconnection hub will serve the South East European and Balkan region in extension to other DE-CIX locations in Southern Europe, and acts as a further new gateway between South East Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

With a single access at SEECIX, customers will be able to enjoy a comprehensive set of interconnection services. This includes our GlobePEER Remote service offering access to hundreds of different networks as well as access to more than 50+ cloud service providers present at the DE-CIX Cloud Exchange.
