eco - Association of the German Internet Industry
DE-CIX is owned by the eco association, the world’s largest non-profit association for the Internet industry with almost 600 members, representing its members’ interests in political arenas and in international bodies.
Furthermore, eco offers legal support and many competence groups regarding security, infrastructure etc.

EURO-IX
Euro-IX is an association of Internet Exchanges Points, promoting an open interchange of ideas and experiences, gained to mutual advantage of the membership, by offering fora, meetings, mailing lists and on-line resources. Euro-IX also gathers information on regulatory issues affecting member exchanges within the region and where appropriate from other jurisdictions that could potentially impact on the membership.

The Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC) is an independent, not-for-profit membership organisation that supports the infrastructure of the Internet through technical coordination in its service region.
